Here's a step-by-step guide to depositing, withdrawing, and viewing the transfer history of your supported wallets on Bybit Wallet.
Please note that Keyless wallets can only be accessed via the Bybit App.
Deposit Tokens
From Your Bybit Account
Step 1: Hover your cursor over Assets in the upper right corner of the Bybit page, then select Withdraw.
Alternatively, please head to your Funding Account page and click on Withdraw under the coin you would like to withdraw.
Step 2: Fill in the available address column with your Wallet address. Then, select the Chain Type and enter the amount you wish to withdraw to your Wallet.
Note: Your funds will need to be in your Funding Account in order to withdraw them to your Wallets.
From Your External Wallet
Let's take MetaMask and the BNB chain as an example.
Step 1: Select Binance Smart Chain under Ethereum Mainnet on the MetaMask page.
Step 2: Click on the copy icon to copy your Wallet address.
Step 3: Click on Send and paste your Wallet address into the input box. Please make sure you choose BSC, otherwise, your USDT and BNB may not be transferred successfully.
Withdraw Tokens
Please note that token withdrawals from Wallets on Bybit are supported via the Bybit Wallet Chrome Extension available for download here.
Step 1: Click Send to select the network and the token you wish to withdraw.
Step 2: Enter the receiving Wallet Address or select it from the Address Book.
Step 3: Enter the amount you want to withdraw. Please make sure that all information is correct, then click on Confirm.
Note: You will see the estimated time and gas fee on the next page. To ensure a successful withdrawal, please make sure you have a sufficient coin balance (based on the used network) in your Wallet.
Step 4: Click on Send Verification Code and a verification code will be sent to your email address. Please enter your Fund Password and the verification code you received.
Step 5: Click Next to proceed and your tokens will be sent successfully!
View Transfer History
Click on History on your Bybit Wallet portal to view your deposit and withdrawal history under the Pending and Finished tabs.
