How to Report Bugs on Android Devices

Note: The bug report file is only used for diagnosing and resolving bugs, with no other purposes. Your privacy is always protected.




For Xiaomi(Redmi) Devices

 

Step 1: Navigate to Settings > About phone > All specs.

 

Step 2: Tap on the CPU option six (6) times.

 

Step 3: To share the bug report, tap on the notification you've received.

For Most Android Devices

To get a bug report directly from your device, please follow these steps: 

 

Step 1: Enable Developer Options

 

Step 2: In the Developer Options page, tap on Take bug report.

 

 

Step 3: Select your desired bug report type and tap on Report.

 

Step 4: After a moment, a notification will appear, indicating that the error report is ready, as shown in the image below.

 

 

Step 5: To share the bug report, please tap the notification.

 

Step 6: Usually the bug report is prepared in a zip file. Please send it to our Customer Support.

Advanced Method

This method applies to all devices, but it's more complex to execute.

 

Step 1: Make sure you have installed ADB. For detailed instructions, please refer to the guide here

 

Step 2: Enable Developer Options.

 

Step 3: Run the command “adb bugreport”.
