P2P Express is designed to be a fast and efficient peer-to-peer transaction, allowing P2P traders to sell crypto from other traders without intermediaries on the Bybit App. It makes it easy for beginner users to quickly get quotes without the hassle of sorting through numerous ads.
Important Notes:
— Please note that P2P Express is only available on the App.
— P2P transactions with Fiat will only be processed via the Funding account so please ensure that your funds are in your Funding account before starting a transaction.
— P2P does not charge any transaction fees for Takers, while Makers are subject to transaction fees that may vary by fiat currency, advertiser level or advertisement type. Please consult this article to see the rates applicable on P2P. Additionally, traders may need to pay transaction fees to the payment provider based on the selected payment method.
— In order to provide a safer trading environment, our system comprehensively evaluates every transaction to determine its risk level. Should the transaction be deemed risky, a 24-hour withdrawal restriction will be imposed on your account.
— Your bank account name must be consistent with your registered name on Bybit. Otherwise, your account might be suspended and the buyer has the right to refuse to purchase the coin with you.
Here's a step-by-step guide to help you — as a seller — start your first P2P Express transaction on Bybit.
Step 1: On the homepage, please click on More → P2P Trading, and at the top of the P2P Trading page, select the P2P Express tab.
Step 2: Enter the amount of coins you want to sell, or the amount of fiat you want to receive by tapping the Switch button.
Step 3: Select the payment method that you want to use to receive the fiat and you will be directed to the Order Preview page.

Some advertisers may have special requirements for their counterparties. Please make sure you read the Advertiser Requirements before proceeding with the transaction.

The payment method listed by the advertiser will be shown. If you have not added the matched payment method, please add it by clicking the Add Payment Method button and filling in your payment receiving account.
Step 4: Complete the verification for confirmation.
Note: If you have set up a Passkey, you are required to complete the following verification steps:

Security authentication: Email, SMS, Fund Password, or GA code.

Passkey: Fingerprint or facial recognition.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the order page, where you will see a countdown timer during which the buyer needs to complete the payment.
Important note: By clicking on Contact Buyer, you will be redirected to the Order Chat Box which allows you to easily communicate with buyers in real time.
Step 6: Please make sure you've received the funds from the buyer before ticking the confirmation box and releasing your coins. If you have not received the funds, please select “I have not received the payment in my available balance” and click OK.
a. Once you've successfully received the payment from the buyer, click on Release Now to release your coins. You will be asked to confirm receipt of the payment from the buyer. Once clicked on Release Now, complete the security verification for confirmation.

b. Order transaction has failed:
1) If the buyer fails to complete the payment within the timeframe, the order will automatically be canceled. The coins reserved on the P2P platform will also automatically be returned to your Funding Account.
2) If you're notified that the payment is completed, but have yet to receive the payment, you can raise an order cancellation request for the buyer to review. Please communicate with the buyer in the Order Chat Box before clicking on Order Dispute? to proceed with the appeal if further assistance is needed.
