Bybit offers an exciting loyalty program to thank and incentivize you for your continued loyalty and support. You can earn Rewards Points when spending with Bybit Card and Bybit Pay. The points cannot only be exchanged for various items such as bonuses, fee savers, exclusive merchandise on Reward Market, it can also be available for cashback!

Spending from both payment methods is combined into a single total. The Rewards Points on the Points Mall page reflect the total earned from both Bybit Card and Bybit Pay transactions.

How to earn Rewards Points?

Each user will receive varying point multipliers and monthly caps based on their total transaction volume within a month or VIP level when making purchases in the Feature Shop or making payments to a merchant using Bybit Card or Bybit Pay.

Points earned will accrue and be in pending status for 3 days after the transaction is completed, after which they will be converted into available Rewards Points and ready for redemption at our Rewards Market. You can also opt to turn on Auto Cashback to receive the rewards automatically.

Notes:

  • VIP users can enjoy points multiplier and cashback benefits directly based on their VIP level, without meeting the respective monthly spending threshold necessary to qualify for tier upgrades.

  • For additional information on becoming a VIP, please refer to this article here

  • Please note that your rewards points amount will be determined by applying the multiplier to your Spending amount.

  • The value in the rewards market is determined by the following formula: [(Transaction amount/currency point equivalent ) * multiplier] / 500 conversion rate

  • Cashback (USDT) is determined by multiplying the accumulated points by 0.002.

  • Please ensure you turn on the Auto Cashback button to receive the cashback automatically in your Funding Account. For a detailed guide, please refer to this guide here.

How does Tier Promotion work?

All users are automatically assigned a default Tier based on their account type. Please refer to the table and examples below:

Non-VIP

VIP

  • All non-VIP users will begin at Tier 1 (Base).

  • Once you meet the monthly spending threshold, you'll unlock a higher tier and enjoy its cashback rate until the end of the following calendar month.

  • Your tier will be downgraded if the monthly spending threshold is not met.

  • If you're relying on monthly spending to unlock higher tiers, your unlocked tier in the current month will remain valid until the end of the following month.

  • Depending on your VIP level, you will begin at a higher default tier and will not drop below that tier regardless of monthly spending.

  • VIP users can also unlock higher tiers through spending. Once a tier is unlocked, it remains valid until the end of the next month. If the user does not meet the spending requirement afterward, the tier will revert to the level corresponding to their VIP status.

  • If your VIP level changes, your tier will adjust immediately based on your current effective VIP level.

Examples

Scenario A

On April 1, a non-VIP user starts at Tier 1 (Base).

On April 2, they make a pending transaction of 2,000 USD.

On April 3, the transaction is confirmed.

On April 4, the user is upgraded to Tier 2 (Beta), effective from April 4 to May 31.

Scenario B

In the program, a VIP 3 user will start at Tier 3 (Alpha) with a 4% cashback rate.

If their spending does not qualify them for a higher tier (Tier 4 or Tier 5), they will continue to receive 4% cashback until their VIP level changes or they unlock a higher tier through spending.

If their monthly spending qualifies for a higher tier (e.g., Tier 4), they are rewarded with a 6% cashback rate, effective through the next calendar month.

If the VIP 3 user spends $25,000 on 15 June, they will unlock Tier 6. If he loses VIP status on the same day, he will retain Tier 6 until 31 July, as the tier was unlocked through spending.

Scenario C

On 15 May, both a non-VIP user and a VIP 4 user spent $25,000 and unlocked Tier 6 (Infinite) with 10% cashback.

They will continue to enjoy 10% cashback until 30 June.

On 1 July, the monthly spending threshold will reset to 0 :

  • The non-VIP user will be downgraded to Tier 1 (Base).

  • The VIP 4 user will be downgraded to Tier 4 (Apex), which corresponds to his VIP level.

Merchant Rebate in Points (100% Cashback)

Additionally, we are thrilled to announce our collaboration with various merchants to introduce the following point rebate offers. Users from tier 2 and above are eligible for purchase rebates on the following products:

  • TradingView (monthly subscriptions only)

  • ChatGPT

  • Netflix

  • Spotify

  • Amazon Prime

Additional benefits rebates will accrue and remain under pending status for 3 days after the transaction is completed, after which they will be converted into available Rewards Points and ready for redemption at our Rewards Market.

If your transaction was declined on the merchant's page (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, etc.) and there's no record in your Transaction History, it means the merchant rejected the payment on their end. Bybit is unable to determine the exact reason, as it falls outside of our visibility.

In such cases, we recommend completing the transaction using a different payment method, if available (such as adding your Bybit Card to Google Playstore, Paypal, Apple Account and completing your purchase with the merchant through these payment methods), or continuing to use your Bybit Card with a different merchant.

Notes:

  • All rebates/rewards are given in the form of Rewards Points based on the equivalent value, and subject to the Maximum Monthly Cashback listed in the table above.

  • Rebates only apply for official website subscriptions and are paid using Bybit Card or Bybit Pay. Kindly refer to the respective product pages for price details.

  • Additional spending above the points cap will not accrue additional points.

  • Please note that some merchants might reject transactions for various reasons, such as Prepaid Cards, Virtual Cards, Cards issued from certain countries, Country of IP Address, Country of Billing Address, etc.

Example

With 100% cashback, $1 or local currency equivalent = 500 points only on selected merchants

Transaction 1:

  • A Tier 2 (Beta) User paid for Spotify Premium Individual Plan for €11.99/month.

  • As a Tier 2 (Beta) user, he will get 5,995 points after using his Bybit Card (11.99*500).

  • Current Total Points = 5,995
    Leftover points as a Tier 2 (Beta): 25,000-5,995= 19,005

Transaction 2:

  • The same user then spent €29.90 on Amazon Prime

  • As a Tier 2 (Beta) user, he will get 14,950 points (29.90*500).

  • Previous consumed points + Current total : 5,995+14,950 = 20,945
    Leftover points as a Tier 2 (Beta): 25,000- 20,945 = 4,055

Transaction 3:

  • After that, the same user spent €15.99 on Netflix

  • As a Tier 2 (Beta) user, he would normally get 7,995 points as he used his Bybit Card (15.99*500). However, due to the monthly point limit restrictions of 25,000, he will receive 4,055  instead and will hit the monthly point limit.

Transaction 4:

  • Then, this user spent €500 in retail stores

  • As a Tier 2 (Beta) user, he would normally get 5,000 points for paying with his Bybit Card (500*10).

  • However, due to the monthly point limit restriction of 25,000, he receives 0 points instead, as he had reached the monthly point limit in Transaction 3.
