Rules
- If a Market Maker fails to meet Market Maker requirements for the month, the Market Maker will be disqualified from the program for all contracts and all relevant benefits will be forfeited thereafter.
- Market Makers' qualifications are evaluated on a monthly basis.
- All orders and trades for the Main Account and its Subaccounts will be counted collectively.
- The order size placed by the Market Maker should be at least 10x the minimum order size of the respective Derivatives contracts. Otherwise, the Market Maker will receive a notification from Bybit indicating that the order placement does not meet the requirements.
- For situations that do not comply with the rules, Bybit reserves the right to take necessary measures, including reducing Maker rebates.
- Bybit reserves the right to update the eligibility criteria based on market conditions.
